Mike and his team at Firestone were amazing! Mike was incredibly kind, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process. He kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m so grateful they were able to get my car back up and running. Highly recommend!

I recently brought my 2017 Jeep Renegade to Firestone for an oil change and diagnosis of a TPMS warning. During the visit, I was told that one tire pressure sensor needed to be replaced. After the service was completed, the TPMS issue remained unresolved and all four tire pressure readings continued to display incorrectly. A few days later, I noticed a strong oil smell coming from my vehicle. Upon inspection, I discovered that the oil filler cap appeared to have been left off during the oil change, resulting in oil being sprayed throughout the engine compartment. Because I was concerned about potential engine damage and vehicle safety, I had the Jeep towed back to the store. The most frustrating part of this experience was the lack of communication and urgency after the vehicle was returned. Despite contacting the store multiple times, I struggled to receive updates regarding the status of my vehicle. It was not until the issue was escalated with the store manager regarding the lack of communication that a clear plan for resolving the situation was provided. This is not the place you would like to take your car. I went in store 2 days before the appointment to schedule my oil, air filter, break check service. They said if I could bring it in Saturday morning by 8AM they could get it done by noon for my grandson's baseball game. I told them no problem. I dropped it off this morning and the gentleman told me it was scheduled for a drop off. I told him I guess I do not have a choice said ok we will be back in the afternoon. I called at 2:45 to check the status of my car. They told me that the car just went up on the jacks....I asked what service had been performed up to that point. They said they were just getting started on it. I told them to put it on the ground and I would pick it up. I asked if they had even changed the oil yet. They told me that it was not even on my ticket. I was so upset with the lack of service that I will let my bad review speak for me. This is so others do not have to go thru what I have been thru. Do not go there....FYI i just saw a bill from them that stated that they did an air filter change. Remember I asked if any service was done on the car and they told me nothing had been done. Love this place! I came here to get tires and I was a little nervous about the whole process because getting car repairs/new tires is nobody’s favorite thing if we’re being real. However, Myk really made this a wonderful experience! He was super personable and made the process really enjoyable. As a manager myself, he has great customer service skills that can make anyone feel at ease here! Ignore the other bad reviews here, they’re bs. Now that he has taken over this location, this place is great!

Highly recommend this Firestone. Easy to get an appointment, flexible days and times available. Location is clean and organized inside. The team at this spot is professional, always provides quality work, and goes the extra mile to make service and repair recommendations without making it a sales pitch. Genuinely wants the best for you and your vehicle. Would recommend to others. As a bonus, this location is easily walkable to a several stores and places to eat if you need to grab lunch or run errands while you wait. Less than 5 min walk to Target, McDonalds, Four Day Ray, and The Well.
